In the summer of 2013 De Forenede Dampvaskerier (DFD) the challenge that they should have their IT solution placed in a clean room, and thus began the process of getting the right hardware solution for their new high-tech cleanroom laundry.
“Many companies in electronics, medicine, research is entirely dependent on their research and production takes place in clean rooms. The clothes employees use must therefore also be fully clinical clean. Thus there is a need for clothing also to be washed in a cleanroom. This prevents customers to eventually get bacteria and particles in the clothes”, says production manager Regina Hansen.
“Blue Line was not just a product supplier. We could not use a standard solution, and therefore we are pleased to collaborate with Blue Line. Blue Line followed the project from start to finish, help us along the way and responding ongoing issues throughout the project.”
“Blue Line had the right hardware, it just had to be adapted to our wishes. This meant the right IT solution at the right price.”
“It is extensive coordination getting the technical equipment to work. There are many internal and external partners in the project. Our internal IT department must learn have equipment works, and for example, the external consulting engineer must also know the equipment. We are pleased that Blue Line took responsibility for the project, and followed it through to the end”, continued Regina Hansen.
“De Forenede Damvaskerier is one of the largest service companies in the laundry and textile rental industry, and offers specialized advice, innovative solutions and reliable service”, says Regina Hansen.
